KIB is an Italian kite-association with qualified IKO Level 2 Senior instructors. When the Italian summer ends and with it also the sun and the wind... KITESURF ITALIA Team move to Brazil, house of the wind and the sun! Where the sand dunes, warm wind, pleasant temperatures, Brazilian music, pace, cheerfulness and total relax... reign sovereign! And WIND is the king!

Brazil is a natural paradise for a kitesurfing holiday-dream. A mecca for all kite surfing lovers, thanks to its warm smooth winds that every day blow constantly from morning till sunset.

Our kite-center is located stright on the sea, we have the newest Calibro9, Best Kiteboarding and RRD kites and boards. The equipment is replaced every 8-12 months in order to always offer new and efficient materials! The center offers kitesurf courses for all levels, with max 2 students for 1 instructor. Depending on the capabilities of the students and the wind conditions, the lessons can be held in the open sea or in the lagoas with flat shallow water (no shorebreak, no waves). Expert riders who are traveling with their own equipment can use the storage and access to the kitecenter services for FREE. KIB Team organizes also buggy-tours, trips and downwinders over different distances in various kitesurf-spots neighboring.

HOLIDAY PACKAGES
KIB organizes different vacation packages 'EXPERT', 'ASSIST' and 'SCHOOL', depending on your requirements and that may include kitesurf courses of any level, kitesurf equipment rental, assistance/supervison, lodging, transfers to and from Fortaleza airport. This means that we'll do everything for you, to better enjoy your all inclusive vacation!

Our accommodation choice is very simple, clean and quiet, in typical Brazilian style, all the rooms are basic and equipped with own bathroom, shower, toilet, fan or A/C.

Spot
Our spot is about 150km north of Fortaleza (Ceará state). Thanks to the various conditions, our spot is suitable for riders of all skill and levels. You can kite in front of the pousada in the open sea, or just few minutes far (by buggy) in a shallow, flat-water big lagoa, absolutely safe and with no waves.

Wind
The side-shore wind is continuously blowing all day, from late morning until sunset. The intensity varies from 20+ to 30+ knots in the afternoon. Steady winds 6 months-a-year, during which you can kitesurf the whole day! Very flat water conditions in the lake (lagoa) or surfing the amazing ocean waves. We recommend our spot for riders who love kitesurfing in paradises without the crowds of hundreds of kites typical of Cumbuco, Ilha do Guajirú (known also as 'the Flat Water Sea') or Paracuru.
